B. Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture & Technology offers a comprehensive curriculum covering various aspects of agriculture and technology. Students will learn about crop production technologies for Kharif and Rabi crops, sustainable agriculture practices, organic farming, and precision farming using geoinformatics and nanotechnology.

The program also includes studies on rainfed agriculture, watershed management, genetics, plant breeding, seed technology, soil science, entomology, and pest management.

Students will gain insights into agricultural economics, finance, marketing, and trade, along with farm management and resource economics.

The curriculum also covers agricultural engineering, soil and water conservation, farm machinery, renewable energy, and green technology.

Other important topics include plant pathology, integrated pest and disease management, horticulture (fruit, plantation crops, vegetables, spices, ornamental crops), post-harvest management, food science, agricultural extension, rural sociology, and educational psychology.

Additionally, students will study entrepreneurship development, business communication, plant biochemistry, biotechnology, crop physiology, agricultural microbiology, environmental studies, disaster management, forestry, agri-informatics, intellectual property rights, and animal production (livestock and poultry management).

The program emphasizes communication skills, personality development, and human values. Students will also participate in educational tours, NSS/NCC activities, and physical education.

Eligibility Criteria
Students who have passed HS/10+2 (Science) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with PCB will be eligible to apply for admission. The minimum marks for eligibility is 45% in aggregate for reserve categories.
