The Master of Science in Environmental Science with Specialisation program adopts a multidisciplinary approach to address socio-ecological problems, emphasizing the integration of natural sciences with social sciences and humanities. With a focus on Northeast India, the program offers specializations in Waste Management and Culture and Environment. It equips students with interdisciplinary thinking skills, covering biological and social aspects related to environmental issues, conservation, legal considerations, ecological and technological concerns, and scientific analysis.

Program Objectives:

  2. Develop a deeper understanding of environmental problems through interdisciplinary perspectives.
  3. Recognize and apply different methods of waste management, emphasizing waste minimization.
