The Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports (B.P.ES) Programme is designed to cultivate physical fitness and sportsmanship among the youth, aligning with the University Grants Commission's guidelines. The curriculum combines theoretical and practical elements, emphasizing sports science, anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, sports medicine, and sports psychology. Graduates can pursue careers as physical education teachers, sports coaches, fitness trainers, sports journalists, sports therapists, sports nutritionists, or sports managers. They can also further their education with a Master's degree or PhD in sports and physical education.
