Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) – Apex Professional University
The LL.B. Program aims to disseminate legal knowledge among professionals from various disciplines in society. Program Outcomes (PO):
PO1: Students will possess knowledge and understanding of legal theory, substantive and procedural laws.
PO2: Students will explore procedural laws and become proficient in drafting and pleading.
PO3: Students will interpret and analyze legal and social problems and understand the values of rights and duties.
PO4: Students will commit to professional ethics, responsibilities, and norms of established legal practices.
- -The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree with 45% marks from UGC listed University or equivalent by AIU.
- -secured 45% marks in case of General Category student, 42% in case of OBC category student and 40% for SC/ST category student.
- -Candidates who have appeared or will be appearing at the qualifying examination and whose result is still awaited may also apply; provided that the result of the qualifying exam must be furnished to the University either by the last date of provisional registration or by the last date as specified by the University.
