The Department of Chemistry at IIT Guwahati has been offering a pioneering four-year Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) program in Chemical Science and Technology since 2007 – a first of its kind within the IIT system. This innovative program is designed to meet the emerging demand for individuals with comprehensive knowledge in both Chemistry and its technology-related aspects, catering to the needs of academia and industry alike.
